Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Dluxelacewigs.com does not offer products for sale to children under 18. We sell products for purchase by adults only. By using this site, you are representing to us that you are 18 years old or older. Dluxelacewigs.com will not be liable for any damages that may result from misrepresentation of age by a user of our site.

Privacy Policy Statement

Your client information will never be sold to any outside party.  Emails may be collected for our promotional use only.

Exchanges and Refunds

We do not offer exchanges if you do not like the the color, style, cap design and length you requested. Please notify us immediately if there is a problem (within 72 hours) upon receiving your unit by emailing us at:

.com This is required in order to properly process your request. No Exceptions. All approved exchanges must have an approval number issued before returning a stock unit for exchange, please note the re-stocking fee will be charged at 35%.


We do not accept returns on custom wigs. We do not accept returns on stock wigs that have been altered in anyway. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes but is not limited to the following:

PLEASE DO NOT WEAR THE WIG.

 

PLEASE DO NOT Cut, Tear, Dye or Alter the Lace on the Wig.

PLEASE DO NOT Put any Tape or Glue on the Wig.

PLEASE DO NOT Put any hair products or chemicals, etc. on the Wig.

PLEASE DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Unit.

PLEASE DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the Wig.

 

PLEASE DO NOT destroy the original packaging.

If you do any of the above, we WILL NOT accept the return and this policy will not apply. All lace wig returns that are accepted will be charged a 35% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We DO NOT issue refunds.

Cancellation Policy: It takes 24 hours to begin processing your lace wig order. If you wish to cancel your instock wig order, please do so within 24 hours, otherwise, you will only be refunded 50% of your total purchase.

For custom wigs, there is a $35 cancellation within the first 48 hours of placing your order. No exceptions.

If after placing your custom wig order you decide not to send back your confirmation email, we will not place your order until you do so.  The turnaround time of custom wigs begins once you confirm your order back to us.

If after placing your custom wig order you decide not to send back your confirmation email, after 5 days you will be issued store credit only, no refunds.

There are no changes allowed to custom orders after 48 hours of placement and confirmation.

If after 48 hours of confirming your custom wig order via email you would like to cancel your custom order, you will be issued store credit only, no refunds.

If you are not sure of your order, please contact u s prior to placing the order. 

Chargebacks

Fraudulent Chargebacks Terms and Conditions:
You understand that dluxelacewigs.com does not tolerate fraudulent "chargebacks" and will proceed to collect by any means necessary.

You are responsible for attorney's fees, fees for collection agencies or third party intervention if you fraudulently charge back or do not pay monies owed to D' Luxe Lace Wigs.com.

A fee of $35.00 will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your custom order after the order is placed. Changes after 48 hours of order being placed will not be honored.
All sales are final on wig adhesives, tapes, glues, solvents and accessories.

Refusals

Refused shipments will incur a 35% restocking fee plus any shipping charges accrued as a result of the refused shipment.

Lost Merchandise

Should merchandise be confirmed as lost in transit, we will replace the goods after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification of the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed, and the merchandise will be replaced.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Dluxelacwigs.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, DLuxeLaceWigs.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Use or any policy of the site, at any time and in our sole discretion. If we decide to change our Terms of Use or a policy, we will post a new version on our site. Any changes or modification will be effective upon posting of the revisions. Your continued use of this site following the posting of the changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. You should frequently review these Terms of Use and applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the site.
